My passion for financial planning and the world of personal finance started in college. At the time, I had started out with more of a focus on corporate finance, however, quickly took more of an interest on the personal side. After all, what’s more fulfilling than building relationships with good people and being in their corner in achieving their financial goals?
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in finance and a minor in Insurance and Risk Management. This is what ultimately led me down this path and I continued to make connections with likeminded folks who had similar interests. I started my career in the industry much like many of my colleagues at Oaktree, working for a large company. I too realized that I wanted a different experience from my work. I joined Oaktree as this company is a great place to pursue my goal of providing professional financial advice and management to clients for an independent firm.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends and family both in Indianapolis and Cincinnati. I also love cheering on the Bearcats, Pacers, Colts, and Baltimore Orioles (random, I know).
